Meadow Wood Acres Barn is a gambrel style barn built in 2017.  The venue offers the main barn as well as a beautiful pavilion. The interior of the barn features wood flooring, wood wall surround and a custom rustic bar.  

The venue is located on 40 acres that are surrounded by beautiful landscape.  The property has wooded areas and meadows that give you many options for photographs that capture your special day. 

Enjoy all the venue has to offer that includes an outdoor entertainment area and a fire-pit with seating for your guests to enjoy.

The property offers:

  • A newly finished suite for your bridal party. The suite has custom makeup/hair table set up, full bathroom and lounge/sitting area with a refreshment bar. The bridal party will have access to the suite to get ready and relax prior to your event. 

  • Lofted groom's parlor in barn to hang out and relax prior to event. 

  • An outdoor picturesque wedding site for your ceremony. The site includes a wooden arch, white chairs and benches for your guests. Decor and flower arrangements can be added to the site as desired.

  • Bridal party wooden farmhouse table surrounded by round tables with linens and white chairs for the reception. Barn holds up to 150 guests maximum.

  • Bar area, refrigerator/freezer (Ice must be provided by couple)

  • Tractor Hayride for bridal party to ceremony area and after ceremony for taking photographs on property.

  • Day of Coordination services which includes:

    • Meeting with event coordinator 30 days prior to wedding to discuss final details of wedding, including timeline, vendors, decor, etc. to ensure wedding day runs smoothly.

    • An event coordinator to be available from 5-9 PM on Friday to set up the tables, chairs, and linens. The coordinator will be available to assist with table décor. Lastly, the event coordinator will provide guidance during the rehearsal regarding coordination of the wedding ceremony.

    • An events coordinator to work as a liaison for all vendors including caterers, florists, any service staff including bartenders, DJs or other entertainment, photographer/ videographers, etc. The coordinator will oversee the timing and flow of the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dessert table, and late-night snacks if provided to guests

    • Directing guests to the proper areas prior to the ceremony, and during the cocktail hour

    • Helping with all miscellaneous needs and answer all guest questions throughout the day/evening.

    • Will handle all bonfire duties as well as trash removal and hauling throughout the reception

    • Ensure restrooms are stocked and clean

    • Assist with breakdown of table décor and other belongings that need to be removed from the property
