2024 Package and Pricing

Summer (June-August)-$6,500

Fall (September and October)-$7,000

Package Includes:

  • Venue available from 5-9pm on Friday for rehearsal and setup. Includes a fully run rehearsal by the venue owners. Bridal party may leave dresses in the bridal suite on Friday. 

  • Venue available on Saturday from 9am-Midnight for any additional set-up, ceremony and reception. Music must be off at 11pm.

  • Venue available on Sunday from 9-11am for tear-down and take-away (if needed)

  • Day of coordination services 

  • Choice of two outdoor ceremony sites with seating for 150 guests. Woodland ceremony location on site providing wooden arch and benches (Birchview Ceremony site will be available starting Spring 2023)

  • On site air-conditioned Bridal Suite. Bridal Suite includes full restroom with shower, lounge area (mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot and toaster), and dressing room (hair and makeup). Bridal Suite is available starting at 9am on Saturday. First look and pictures typically begin in the private bridal suite and property outside of the suite. 

  • Use of groom's parlor, conveniently located at loft in the barn. Bar for hanging suits and a mirror to allow the groomsmen to get dressed. 

  • Use of barn, pavilion and entertainment area. Owners set up tables and linens for caterer. The tables are moved after dinner to provide more gathering space. Any leftover food is placed in the fridge. 

  • Bridal Party Farmhouse Tables

  • Farmhouse table available for cake/desserts and gifts. Additional round table with linen can be added to the dance floor to showcase cake and cutting ceremony.

  • Round tables with linens and white chairs for reception (Farmhouse tables will be available for all parties in Spring 2023)

  • Hay Wagon ride for bridal party from bridal suite to ceremony area

  • Bar area, refrigerator/freezer (Ice must be provided by couple)

  • Use of fire-pit (wood included and staff maintained)

  • Trash bins and bags provided (changed as needed by staff)  

  • On-site new restrooms will be stocked and cleaned for you and your guests. Additionally, a handicap accessible restroom will be available. 

  • Convenience of using your own licensed/insured vendors for food, bartender/alcohol, DJ, photography, etc.

  • All vendors are responsible for bringing their own set up. Tables, chairs and cords. The venue does offer limited items if needed ie: extension cords, tables, chairs and linens request must be made 10 days prior to event.

  • Wedding party responsible for set up and clean-up of decorations and personal items on Saturday, or Sunday between 9-11 AM

  • A coordination meeting is provided to our couples thirty days prior to the wedding date. At this meeting, we will review all of the vendors, set up, and any other details that need to be reviewed. Remaining balances and Event Liability Insurance will be collected during this meeting. Venue owners will contact all of the vendors during the wedding week, to ensure that our couple's special day is perfect.
