 2025 Packages

Barn Wedding Venue

Friday Wedding Package $6,500

  • Rehearsal and barn set up on Thursday from 6 – 9 PM

  • Bridal Suite and ceremony site access starting Friday at 9AM

  • Wedding Barn access on Friday for 12 hours (noon-midnight)

  • All belongings must be removed from bridal suite by 9pm

  • Music must end at 11pm

  • Teardown from 11pm-midnight (All belongings, food, décor, etc, must be removed from the barn)

  • All guests must leave by midnight

Saturday Wedding Package $7,500

  • Rehearsal on Thursday from 4:30-6:00 PM

  • Bridal Suite access Saturday starting at 9AM

  • Wedding Barn access on Saturday for 12 hours (noon-midnight)

  • Music must end at 11pm

  • Farwell to guests 11PM – midnight. All guests must leave by midnight

  • Access Sunday 9AM-11AM to pick up remaining belongings in the barn and bridal suite (food, décor, etc)

Complete Weekend Wedding Package $8,000

  • Access Friday 5PM - 9PM for rehearsal and set up in the barn.

  • Access Saturday starting at 9AM (barn and bridal suite), 15-hour rental.

  • Music will end at 11pm

  • Farwell to guests 11 PM – midnight. All guests must leave by midnight.

  • Access Sunday 9AM-11AM to pick up belongings in barn and bridal suite

All Packages Include:

  • Day of coordination services

  • Choice of two Ceremony locations on site providing wooden arch and bench seating for 150 guests

  • On site temperature controlled Bridal Suite 

  • Use of temperature-controlled barn with chandelier lights and attached pavilions for catering services and entertainment area.

  • Lofted groomsmen area to hang jackets/get ready.

  • Farmhouse Tables for bridal party, guest seating, cake/desserts, and gifts. An additional small round farmhouse table may be used to showcase the cake.

  • Bar area, 2 refrigerators and freezer (Ice must be provided by couple)

  • Trash bins and bags (changed periodically by staff)  

  • Outdoor on-site temperature-controlled restroom trailer with music, flushable toilets and sinks that have running water. Restrooms will be stocked, clean and available for you and your guests. Additionally, a handicap accessible restroom will be available. 

  • Convenience of using your own vendors for food, bartender/alcohol, DJ, officiant, photography, etc. Note: Caterer, bakery, and bartending service MUST be licensed and insured. Couples and their guests may not bring outside food or serve themselves alcohol.

  • All vendors are responsible for bringing their own set up. Tables, chairs, and extension cords. Note: Venue owners have up to 4 folding tables and linens that can be set up on the pavilion for the caterers (dinner service). A double barrel table on the pavilion can be used for caterers to set up things like appetizers, lemonade, iced tea, desserts etc.  It can also be used for evening pizza service if the couple orders from a local pizzeria in the area.

  • Handicap parking

  • Sensor controlled parking lot lighting.

  • Solar powered lantern light and string lights on the pavilion and restroom area will be turned on at dusk.

  • Wedding party responsible for set up and clean-up of decorations and personal items. Nothing can be permanently screwed into the walls, table, or arches. Zip ties and in some cases, staplers, or tacks may be used. Coordinators will assist with set up and clean up.
